1 Hello [FIRSTNAME], welcome to the latest Joomla User Group Suffolk Newsletter!

Apologies for the lack of newsletter last month, we hope that you're all well and were glad to see some new faces at the meeting, kindly hosted by Felixstowe Community Radio (lovely biscuits guys!).

We are maintaining a repository of all presentations which are given at our meetings, you can find this under About Us>Presentations. If you have any presentations you have been to, or have delivered yourself, which might be of benefit to the group, please let us know (and ensure you have permission to use them).

JOOMLA DAY 2010

Those of you who attended Joomla Day 2009 will know what a success it was, and what a range of sessions were available from complete basics for those who are new to Joomla! through to in depth talk about API's, the core framework, database and security considerations and so forth. All the presentations are available as audio files here.

Planning for JoomlaDay 2010 is just entering the initial stages, watch this space for updates!

SEPTEMBER'S MEETING

Do you have a venue we could use for the September meeting? We're aware that we've not really ventured up to the Lowestoft end of the county and would love to hold a meeting in this area, if anyone can suggest a venue and act as a local "contact"? Please drop us an email if you can help.

Looking forward to seeing you at a meeting soon!
